AI Briefings

AI Briefings lets you schedule recurring AI-powered analyses of your data. Define a prompt, set a schedule, add recipients — and Icelake delivers automated insights straight to your inbox.

  1. Create a briefing — Write a prompt or save one from an existing MasterMind chat session
  2. Set the schedule — Choose how often: every 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, daily, or weekly
  3. Define the time window — Analyze the last 1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days of data
  4. Add recipients — Enter email addresses for everyone who should receive the report
  5. Activate — Toggle on and let Icelake handle the rest

Every scheduled run executes your prompt against live data via AI MasterMind, generates charts, tables, and summaries, then delivers a formatted HTML email to all recipients.

Had a great MasterMind conversation? Turn it into an automated briefing:

  1. Open any MasterMind chat session
  2. Click Save as Briefing
  3. Configure schedule, time window, and recipients
  4. The briefing will re-run your analysis on fresh data at every interval
  • Daily energy report — “Summarize yesterday’s solar production, grid consumption, and battery cycles for my home”
  • Weekly infrastructure digest — “Show me the top 10 error patterns, slowest endpoints, and ingestion throughput trends from the past week”
  • Shift handover briefing — “Every 12 hours, generate a summary of all anomalies, alerts, and system health changes”
  • Monthly IoT fleet summary — “Analyze sensor uptime, data gaps, and signal quality across all LoRaWAN devices”

Create and manage briefings in the admin dashboard under Insights → Briefings.

Each briefing shows:

  • Current schedule and time window
  • Recipient count
  • Last run time and next scheduled run
  • Error status (if the last run failed)

AI Briefings uses the same LLM providers as AI MasterMind. Configure providers in Setup → AI Providers.

You can optionally override the provider and model per briefing — useful when you want a specific model for a particular analysis task.
